New Government Funded scheme to help your business grow
Help to Grow: Management is a practical training programme delivered by world-class business schools, accredited by the Small Business Charter.
The programme will support managers and leaders of small and medium sized businesses to boost business performance, resilience, and long-term growth.
The 12-week programme is 90% funded and the fee payable by participants is £750. The programme has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.
The in-depth high quality curriculum will support you to build your capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management. By the end of the programme you will develop a business growth plan to help you lead your business to release its potential.

Eligibility for the programme
- Your business must employ a between 5 and 249 employees
- Your business must be at least one year old
- Participants must be a leader or decision maker with at least one direct report
- Businesses with 5 to 9 employees are allowed one participant on the programme
- Businesses with 10 to 249 employees are allowed two participants on the programme
