Enhancing East Midlands businesses and communities
We are the leading business representation organisation in the East Midlands region, the voice for business and the 2018 British Chambers of Commerce Chamber of the Year.
With a growing membership of more than 4,300 businesses – start up to scale up, local to global – the Chamber is renowned across the region for enhancing Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire businesses and communities.
The Chamber’s activity is so diverse and multifaceted that thousands of businesses from across the East Midlands and beyond put trust in the Chamber to help their businesses flourish and grow – irrespective of size or sector.
Members benefit from a wide range of business support services from lobbying and campaigning, helping businesses realise their international trading ambitions, showcasing and market-making activities to workforce training and development.

Introducing East Midlands Accelerator
East Midlands Accelerator is being led by East Midlands Chamber through a collaborative partnership including our region’s universities and business support agencies. It has been awarded a total of £5.27 million funding from the UK Community Renewal Fund*, with the Chamber and its partners matching funds of £491k to the project.
Support and funding under the project must be allocated by 30 June 2022.
The project offers support to those areas in our region that have been selected by Government for UK Community Renewal Fund support which, in the East Midlands are:
- Derbyshire Dales
- High Peak
- Mansfield
- Bassetlaw
- Newark & Sherwood
- Nottingham City
- Leicester City
