North Derbyshire Radio’s Senior Sports Editor Matthew Rhodes recently caught up with local sports journalist Holly Bacon.
Holly, from Bakewell, has risen sharply up the sports media ladder and currently works for BBC Sport’s online coverage and BBC Radio Lancashire.
She discusses in depth how she got started in the sports media industry and what challenges she has come across so far in her career.
Holly is an avid supporter of Chesterfield FC and Derbyshire CCC. She also has a huge interest in boxing.
