It’s now 30 years since Darley Dale’s Nigel Bond reached the World Snooker Championship Final at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.
Bond lost to Stephen Hendry who dominated the sport in the 90’s.
Nigel spoke exclusively to North Derbyshire Radio about that run to the final, his reflections on his professional career, what he’s up to now and his thoughts on the future of the sport.
