National League North Preview: Buxton travel to Radcliffe

UP NEXT:

Buxton are on the road again as they face Radcliffe on the 24th January with a 3pm kick-off.

The Bucks

Buxton were 1–0 up at half-time on Tuesday against Leamington, with Johnston on the scoresheet, before a floodlight failure forced the game to be abandoned.

Looking ahead to the Radcliffe game, manager John McGrath said:

“The lads are obviously disappointed on Tuesday. We put in a really good first-half performance away at Leamington and the lights failure I think is one of the first times it’s happened to me as a manager.

So disappointed, but boots on the grass again on Thursday for a couple of good sessions Thursday and Friday.

The only injury is Max Bardell, who is probably a week or two away.”
