Police are appealing for information after a man was assaulted following reports of an aggravated burglary in Buxton.
Three men are believed to have entered the property on Queen’s Road, Fairfield, at around 8pm on Thursday 11 January.
The victim discovered the men in his home, and they assaulted him before leaving the property.
He was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries, which are now not thought to be serious. Nothing was stolen.
