A total of 15 babies were left with severe brain damage following “likely” or “possible” “substandard” care from the Derby and Burton hospital trust. The Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) can now reveal this information, following a 10-month information battle with the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust which started last July.
