My broadcasting dream became reality in 1990 at Leicester Sound and since then I’ve been living around the country working on some truly amazing radio stations and somehow, I’m still doing it now.
In real life I struggle to communicate with anyone but put me in front of a microphone and I’m instantly at home. Radio has seen me through some very tough times in my life, it’s the one thing that has always been there, that may sound odd, but radio genuinely gets into your blood and I love it.
Some of the stations I’ve been lucky to work on include Hallam FM, Trent FM, Greatest Hits Radio, Mercia FM, Century 106, Peak FM, Viking FM and currently on Virgin Radio Anthems and Chilled and now of course North Derbyshire Radio.
