Officers appealing for dash cam footage after crash in Mickleover

Officers investigating a single car collision in Mickleover are appealing for dash cam footage which may assist with their enquiries.

A black BMW 4 series collided with street furniture after leaving the carriageway on the A38 Findern interchange towards Rykneld Road, last Friday (17 September) at around 9.30pm.

The driver of the car, a 32-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was driving nearby at the time, with dashcam installed that may have captured the incident.
