A man has been charged with robbery, damage and assaulting a police officer following an incident at a shop in Wingerworth.
Officers were called to the Spar shop on Allendale Road just before 10.10pm on Wednesday 8 June and a man was arrested.
Luke Booker (31) of Longedge Lane, Wingerworth, was due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on Friday 10 June.
