North East Derbyshire District Council are looking for businesses to share their views to identify the skills needed to help them thrive and grow.
The Business Skills Needs survey asks for businesses views on the skills required to support them to grow their workforce to improve productivity, increase profits and help local businesses to flourish.
The survey will help to identify potential skills and knowledge and the key findings from the consultation will enable the Council and its partners to tailor skills and training provision so that it meets the needs of local businesses and their workforce development plans.
Completed surveys will also be entered into a prize draw to win Amazon vouchers and each successfully completed survey will be given a free swim at the local leisure centre Sharley Park.
North East Derbyshire District Council Cabinet Member for Economic Growth, Councillor Carolyn Renwick said: “The Business Skills Audit is a fantastic way for businesses to tell us what their needs are so we can help them prosper”.
“Many businesses have endured critical times during the pandemic and we are keen to learn what is needed to help them move forward successfully so we can work together to deliver fantastic tailored training and help them grow”.
The business skills audit is open now until the end of November 2021.
