Chesterfield are through to the National League play off semi finals after a great 2-1 win at FC Halifax Town.
The Spireites took the lead when Danny Rowe headed in Jeff King’s corner.
The two players combined again for the second goal when Danny Rowe’s ball found Jeff King who lashed his shot past Sam Johnson in the home goal.
Pete Wild’s team rallied and got a goal back when Billy Waters cross found substitute Matthew Stenson who prodded home from close range.
Despite them pushing FC Halifax Town couldn’t find a leveller and Chesterfield are through to face Solihull Moors on Sunday at 12.30.
